Mango Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

    • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
    • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1–2 Tbsp Olé Olé hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
    • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    • Cayenne pepper, for topping
    • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    • Salt, to taste

Preparation:

Prepare the filling : 

    • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
    • Place the yolks in a small bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
    • Add the mayonnaise, Olé Olé hot sauce, and chopped onion.
    • Stir to combine until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
    • Season with salt to taste.

Assemble the Deviled Eggs:

    • Spoon the filling back into the egg white halves, or use a piping bag for a cleaner finish.
    • Sprinkle a touch of cayenne pepper over each egg for an extra little kick.
    • Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

Serve:

    • Keep chilled until ready to serve. These deviled eggs are perfect for Easter brunch, picnics, or anytime you want to show off a spicy twist on a classic!
