- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1–2 Tbsp Olé Olé hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)

- Salt, to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the filling :

- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- Place the yolks in a small bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise, Olé Olé hot sauce, and chopped onion.
- Stir to combine until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
- Season with salt to taste.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs:

- Sprinkle a touch of cayenne pepper over each egg for an extra little kick.
